Skillagalee is a very flat island about 7 miles out from Charlevoix on the way by boat to Beaver Island. I was very fortunate for a family member of one of the island keepers brought in photos and memorabilia for me to see. I chose a black and white photo that showed the island with it’s buildings intact. I decided to light it with sunlit from a low sunset which worked really well.. All prints come with a brief history of the lighthouse and the artist. This is available in prints and card.
Small and large prints are shipped rolled gently into a mailing tube for maximum protection. They are shipped without mats and frames so recipients may select something in their own style.
