Point Aux Barques lighthouse is located on a rocky point in a small county park on the tip of the thumb in Lake Huron. This is the last point of refuge before heading out across 100 miles of open water to Saginaw Bay. I was there early clear sunny morning walking around the grounds with a coat buttoned up and a cup of coffee in hand enjoying the brilliance of the morning light on the freshly whitewashed tower and multihued rocks. If you look carefully you can see where In I outlined the objects with a bright pink to make them glow.. All prints come with a brief history of the lighthouse and the artist.
Small and large prints are shipped gently rolled into a postal tube for maximum protection. They are shipped without mats or frames so recipients may select them to suit their own style.
