This stalwart fire plug of a light sits at the mouth of the Detroit River letting shipping know they are turning into Lake Erie or entering the Detroit River. It was struck by a freighter once and the freighter had to seek port for repairs. I love the sassy appearance of the light so I painted it as bold as possible. All prints come with a brief history of the lighthouse and the artist.
Small and large prints are shipped gently rolled into a postal tube for maximum protection. No mats or frames are shipped so the recipients may select them to suit their own style.
